Specialty Areas:
Jennifer’s approach is holistic in nature. She recognizes the
relationship between the mind and body and employs both to manage
stress, anxiety, and depression and to ignite the body’s own
capacity for healing. Those struggling with chronic, physical issues
including illness, disease, weight management, and pain will benefit
from Jennifer’s approach. Jennifer also has experience
working with adolescents and Attention Deficit Disorder.

Philosophy:
I believe that within each of us is an innate capacity to heal, find
more joy and alleviate suffering. I see my role as a counselor to
provide a safe container in which this work can be done.
