Specialty Areas: My work as a therapist approaches healing as a multidimensional process that occurs as all levels (mental, emotional, physical, spiritual, and energetic) of ourselves are brought into awareness and understood at deeper levels and integrated.

I see individuals, couples, families, and groups with physical illness, eating disorders, stress, grief, depression, anxiety, fears, anger, abuse and in strengthening relationships with oneself and others.

Education/Experience:
  • Master's in Psychology in 1988
  • Postgraduate experiences and training in mindful awareness, meditation, creative expression, imaginal awareness and contemplative psychology since 1987
  • RN from 1976-1991
  • Work with children and families in CMH 1988-1993
  • Providing therapy for adult students 1995-2005
  • Private Practice since 1991
  • Studying and practicing Jin Shin Jyutsu, an ancient Japanese healing art since 2005
