A woman with light skin and short blonde hair, wearing a black turtleneck and a purple and blue floral jacket, smiling against a plain white background.
A cozy living room with two dark armchairs, a light-colored sofa, a small wooden table with a tissue box and flowers, a bookshelf, and wall art. There are two standing lamps and a large tall artificial plant.

Specialty Areas: I work with adults for both individual and relationship counseling. I treat anxiety, depression, relationship issues, addictions, stress concerns, adjustment issues, and transitions. I have forty years of experience in working with eating disorders.

Treatment Philosophy: I view counseling as a collaborative process in which therapist and client work together to actively deal with the presenting issues. I utilize a variety of concepts depending upon the needs of my clients. My training includes both cognitive-behavioral approaches and family of origin therapy. I may suggest readings, certain ways to approach situations, or specific ideas for change. Finding the treatment which is the best fit for the client is a key to my approach.
