Specialty Areas: I’ve worked in the mental health and substance abuse field for over 25 years with both individuals and couples. I work with a variety of disorders including depression and anxiety. I also treat other behavioral addictions, such as gambling, spending, video games, and pornography. Working with men and anger is another area in which I specialize.

Treatment Philosophy: I believe in helping my clients by encouraging communication at an honest level. I believe in a holistic assessment to identify problems that leads to comprehensive treatment planning. I am well versed in several  emotive and behavioral approaches, including 12-step recovery for addiction problems.

Education/Experience: Specialist Certificate in Drug & Alcohol , Doctorate in Counseling Psychology, Psychologist in private practice since 1995.
